Can anyone recommend a warm up class option? So far, the classes are really great but I need to do some warm up before jumping into these and would rather not practice without instruction. Thanks.

Hi there. The best way to warm the body is within a yoga practice is to do some sun salutations. We have quite a few classes that move through different versions of this. If you type 'sun salutations' into our search box you'll find them.

A nice pace practice that can be done by any level (w/mods). Some movement for the back heart which is sometimes neglected.
A little quicker movement than others in this series which is nice.
