Perfectly sublime practice just now. I have done this one several times, all wonderful and something new every time. Today, the pace, sequencing, and the variety of poses were truly a moving meditation for me as I was able to focus on strong energizing breath while moving my body.
The scenery and music were so nourishing too. And so too you in that beautiful glow.
I feel gentle, calm and open and, in a much better place than when I began.
