This complete practice starts by warming the body, and then progresses into a powerful flow, moving with the fluidity of your breath. The flow builds sequences from the earth up while building core strength. The class ends by cooling the body with deep relaxation.

This is a wonderful sequence - right now, nursing a wrist injury, I'm enjoying classes that don't have a peak pose that involves arm balances (which seems like so many classes). It's easy to substitute for wheel. Just the right balance of effortful and effortless poses.
Fiji's cues have always been useful, but with a class filmed this long ago, you can really see her growth in this regard. She was good enough, now she's astoundingly insanely good. I don't watch the class as I practice, so there were several times where I ended up somewhere different from following only her cues. I'd love to hear her re-dub this one... I need my daily reminder to sit as tall as I truly am, plus a pinch of the kidneys and adrenal never hurts!! <3
