Foundations in Flow
This complete practice starts by warming the body, and then progresses into a powerful flow, moving with the fluidity of your breath. The flow builds sequences from the earth up while building core strength. The class ends by cooling the body with deep relaxation.

This was a wonderful class. I love the soothing soundtrack. The elbows between the needs shoulder stretch was new for me, and I was completely stiff and unflexible! Ha! That gave me something new to work on. I've been neededing shoulder stretches, so I'm happy to learn of that pose. Thank you.
That was beautiful! I found a couple of the poses a little challenging for intermediate, but was easily able to modify. Gorgeous, calming soundtrack & visuals. Namaste.
I've been using this site for years now, but this was the first time I'd done this particular video. I enjoyed the sequence but maybe because it was an early Fiji video, I found the length of time in various poses didn't feel very balanced between the two sides of the body and the voice over instruction wasn't always super clear.
Please don't talk through Shavasana. It is such a wonderful gift at the end of a yoga practice. The quiet. Your narrative is so distracting from the intent of this final pose.
