This is the first in a series of three classes where Tracey takes you to the wonderful arm balance flying pigeon pose (eka pada galavasana). We call this class 'Preparation', since it warms your body and prepares it for the next classes in the series, Flying Pigeon Pose: Going Deeper and Flying Pigeon Pose: The Final Step, which will lead you into the full pose. However, had recurring buffering issues between 30 and 35 min, reloaded about 4 times - suggestions?

Try changing the streaming speed of the video. I think it defaults to "auto", but I change it to 360 and it works fine without a loss of video quality and with no buffering issues. Hope that helps!

Yes, that's a good suggestion. Also, let us know what device and browser you're using, Melanie. We are aware of an issue with iPads that our video host is working hard on resolving. If that's not the case for you, we can contact vimeo with your specific issue.

I have this same problem on many of your videos. I have changed the buffering speed which helped once, but not consistently. I am on a Mac laptop and use the Chrome browser. I have actually been finding my yoga in other places recently because of the consistent buffering issues I've found here. :(

Hi there.
It's great to hear that it's working for you now. In the future, you can change the resolution to 360 by clicking on the settings icon at the bottom right of the video to help it stream better.
