Flying Pigeon Pose: Preparation
This is the first in a series of three classes where Tracey takes you to the wonderful arm balance flying pigeon pose (eka pada galavasana). We call this class 'Preparation', since it warms your body and prepares it for the next classes in the series, Flying Pigeon Pose: Going Deeper and Flying Pigeon Pose: The Final Step, which will lead you into the full pose.
