Thank you Jonni-Lynn. Each fibre of my body feels alive after this class. There is many a step before I can execute all the asanas in this class, burt I styill feel vibrant.
I was unreasonably excited to see a new offering from Jonni-Lyn, focusing on one of my favorite poses, no less. As always she eloquently links the physical challenge with the mental challenge. Wonderful class, thank you Jonni-Lyn.
