Such a mindful class …..I love the long moments of silence in your classes Melissa …..it brings such a wonderful feeling of peace to the poses. I find too many instructors on DYWM want to fill every moment of air space with babble …it’s often informative or encouraging babble but I find it so disconcerting when I know that for me many moments of silence throughout a class just heightens my enjoyment and I benefit so much more from an overall feeling of quietness, calm and completeness.

I totally agree Pauli. It’s great to find teachers who create stillness and calm. Endless commentary on how one should be feeling can be very distracting. I do love the classes but some teachers don’t let you relax into the sessions enough.
