Flow to Side Crow
Rachel is an expert at sequencing. In this intermediate hatha flow yoga class, she creatively prepares you for the challenging peak pose side crow (parsva bakasana). By the time you get there, your confidence and your body are more than ready to take the weight into your arms.

What a fantastic prep for side crow! I've never done that pose before and was more successful with the one-armed version of the pose. Rachel does a great job of making you recognize all of the muscles at work when you're in a pose, which keeps you safe and aware! Thanks Rachel!
