I realize that I've been avoiding shoulder stretches. The Eagle is not a favorite. But, it feels great having done this and I think I will take the suggestion from Machine and add David's classes for a complete morning work out tomorrow. Anastasia is a very clear and enjoyable instructor. Thank you
I've taken this class a couple of times and love it. It's great for shoulder opening. The majority of the poses are held for a few breaths, which makes it great for an early morning practice.

A really great class for dealing with crunchy shoulders as well as leaving you feeling well stretched all over in strong flowing sequences. I liked the filming so you could see the positions from different angles which helped me correct my position.
With Anastasia's class, I suggest doing Davids hip and lower back class along with his hip flexor stretch class, they leave you feeling amazing, particularly if you are a triathlete. Thanks for this Anastasia great class.
