Flow and Go Again
Energize your body and move your breath through transitions and longer holds while we build upon lunge, triangle, and half moon. Repetition allows for extra space inside your twists toward the end of class. Leave feeling spacious, rooted, and ready for the day!
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 10 of Thrive in 2025 Yoga Challenge. You can find Day 11 here.

I loved this flow , this will be one that i will be returning to in order to improve my balance , stillness, and flexability.
A wonderful practice. Challenging but so peaceful too with Tracey's beautiful, gentle energy.
