The flow was good, but the constant spiritual commentary got old fast. I love many of Tracey’s practices and I know she tends towards the spiritual and lecture side of things but sometimes I just want a relaxing practice without the constant flow of words directing me to “feel energy moving into my sacrum” or other such quasi-spiritual language. I also recognize that I don’t have to choose her practices on days when I’m not in the mood for a lecture while practicing, so that is on me. Anyway, it is a great flow with unique wrist movement and hip opening. Tracey’s sequences are always inventive and unique.

I have a much different viewpoint than you about this. I don't think this had a great deal of spiritual commentary. This is yoga after all, it's not just a workout. I understand sometimes needing less verbalization, but I thought this practice was perfection.
