An Evening Flow
This Hatha/Vinyasa yoga class is a perfect way to prepare the body for deep relaxation and a deep, restful sleep. It begins with 6 minutes of a vinyasa flow, then moves into a sequence of beautifully deep floor poses... twists, bends and deep stretches, encouraging body awareness.
I enjoy this class a lot, but the sequences of poses where one leg is tucked under/behind itself was pretty rough on my knees and left me with some lingering aches the next day. Any suggestions for modifications that are a little gentler on the knees?
Definitely intermediate/advanced but with the right modifications, I found this very effective, satisfying, and relaxing. Thank you!

More slow Intermediate level classes like this please. I find it very beneficial to pace ou the fast paced classes with such slow, ye tstrong classes. Thank you, David!
