These three classes with Rachel, I have done them two times. A;though watchted and practised chaturanga with Fidji. I have two broken elbows - never healed correctly - and was always afraid of down dog for too long and plank. Not any more! Just needed the right instructions. Thank you all,
This was by far one of the best classes I have taken on do yoga with me. Rachel is lovely and I loved that she provided meditation as an alternative to lying down at the end. I have bookmarked it and will be back again!
