Great full body stretch and workout. Good at any time but I do it first thing in the morning.
A wonderful class to get some movement in your hips and to twist and strech your sides ans shoulderblades. I did this first thing in the morning but I think this class will hit all the right spots after sitting by my desk all day.
Wow! There are some intense hamstring stretches in this class!
