The practice was great. It was first time with Rachel and she is good teacher. My only concern is when normally the camera is only on 1 corner, this time it was showing too many angles and i got lost from time to time whenever i wanted to check if i was doing the pose right. I don't know how it is for the others, but for me it was a lil bit confusing.

I have been away from yoga for almost 5 years now, though used to have an advanced practice. This was my first class back and what an amazing walk back through the fundamentals and definitely working muscles I had long since forgotten about. I am excited now to get back in to a routine and will definitely be looking for more of Rachel's classes! Thank you so much for these!

I usually do intermediate classes only. But today I felt like doing something lighter, and since I love Rachel's style, I tried this one.

It's perfect! You don't push yourself too hard, but yet you get lots of sensations in muscles you don't usually stretch.

I really enjoyed this class because it utilized different muscles that I haven't used in a while and allowed me to understand how to properly engage my hip muscles within the movements used.

Wow! Different sensations in so many simple positions with belt and block. Great class Rachel, and thejellyfish comparison made me laugh!

This class activated many areas that are not often focused on. It was a delightful challenge that required a different kind of strength than what my body is used to. Beneficial for all levels, thank you!

This class is listed as a beginner class, but I think it is for everyone! Even seasoned yogis can benefit from taking notice of which muscles are being used or ignored. I love all of Rachel's classes. She helps me find where my alignment is off - not always easy with a video. Her cueing is matter of fact and comforting at the same time. This class will definitely be part of my regular rotation! Thanks for another great video class.

This class really targeted areas I was having trouble with. Perfect fundamental class with answers to questions that I didn't even know I wanted to ask.
