Embodying Flow

This standing class looks at flow as a style of practice and explores how to embody flow through the connection of movement to breath, with the intention of bringing playfulness and ease into our practice. The practice is composed of two simple flows, each repeated. The first-time postures are supported for a few breath cycles and the second-time postures flow through more continuous movement.

- Warriors I, II and III
- Side Angle
- Tree Pose
- Standing Splits
- Twists

Very nice stretchy flow. However I cannot find Warrior I, Side Angle or Tree pose in it. And also the sound is very low.
