What a wonderful flow! I loves the pace and all the variations. Binds can be difficult for me and I am wondering if using a strap now will help me reach the binds later?

While I've been practicing with Fiji for a couple of years now, practicing daily is a new challenge for me. Day 5 was particularly hard, so I appreciated this paying attention and mindfulness study. It was challenging to accept my need to back off when I'm usually pushing myself forward.

Fiji offers so much by way of variation in these classes that there are virtually limitless opportunities for where the practice can take you on a given day. This morning, in a split second I felt ready for wheel pose and it felt more fluid as I focused on that very moment. Remembering Fiji's comment that mind and body should work as one and not against one another - mind and body were both thankful for the opportunity to come together in that moment. It felt pretty good too! Thank you once again Fiji for such a special series. Rob
