This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 5 in Fiji's 14-day yoga challenge, Elevate. Being able to listen to your body and respond appropriately is an important yogic skill. In this class, Fiji helps you learn how to hone in on key sensations so you can make critical adjustments within each pose.

Love the progression of this challenge -- each day builds on the previous and then pushes you a bit further. I get so much more out of the Fiji challenges than the ones with mixed instructors. So grateful to you, Fiji! And the long holds today were fire!

Thank you Fiji - I really enjoy this challenge! I have done many of your other classes before, but with this series I understand the intention of the different poses so much better with the suggestions of the different levels. Namaste!

Fiji presented a wonderful practice for Day 5. The connection of mind, body and breath is something we sometimes forget when we are doing a rigorous practice or we are at a studio we are new to. This practice will allow you to learn to accept where you are and listen to what you need (ALL OF YOU).
