Elevate Day 5
This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 5 in Fiji's 14-day yoga challenge, Elevate. Being able to listen to your body and respond appropriately is an important yogic skill. In this class, Fiji helps you learn how to hone in on key sensations so you can make critical adjustments within each pose.

Just loved this one! Can’t say I mastered all the balancing poses but it’s now my goal!!
Loved this class! By the end of it I felt light and strong at the same time. Thats a first for me. I found my strength and balance was far more "on" today than it has been so far within the challenge which I think means the challenge is working! haha Could also be that I didn't have a glass of wine first. haha. I loved this class - I'm in my second trimester of pregnancy and not so interested in switching over to pre-natal classes already, I'm still capable of continuing my practice like before but I have been really listening to my body more and making adjustments as I go. So having a class devoted to that specific concept was really great for me, thanks Fiji!
Your comment in the beginning about the art of discernment was so true for me. I started this Elevate Challenge to keep me sane and healthy during the lockdown due to the Coronavirus. I tried to do this practice yesterday but after about five minutes it felt too intense for my already quite tense muscles and I was stressed for time as well. I quit the practice and did a shorter programme. Today I came back to it and even though it was intense, it was perfect. Thank you so much for this opportunity!
