This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 14 in Fiji's 14-day yoga challenge, Elevate. This well-rounded vinyasa flow has a little bit of everything. For those completing the challenge, this class is a wonderful opportunity to observe the effects of all your hard work!

Overall a nice grounding, slow challenge. I do think the Intermediate III ranking is off, all classes being a gentle Int II. I miss Figi’s advanced level classes and wish we could get a true Int III/Advanced level challenge. (not a mixtape collection of pre-existing advanced classes) The 14 day format makes it easier to stay consistent but I’ve been doing the one Advanced program since 2017 and would love something fresh. Not to sound ungrateful, you must put SO MUCH effort into these but, as a long time follower I crave something new. Thank you Fiji, you’ve been my main daily teacher for over 6 years now!!
Slow and steady, just what I needed this morning. Thank you again and again, Fiji
This one has such a great steady pace. I love these classes without music and majority of the speaking only there for precise instruction. It really helps me focus and stay present in the practice.
I return to this class again and again. Every time I finish I am both light and grounded. Thank you, Fiji!
Absolutely loved this 14 day series and feel so good for doing it- I am sure I will do it again. I loved how each class was structured and how you introduced and reminded me of many different elements that I will incorporate into my daily practise. Thanks for being such a great teacher and providing inspiration during a really challenging time!
I have done this challenge four times in the last year. We haven't met but I love you and I will always be grateful to you, Fiji!
I loved this so much! I looked forward to it everyday. Learned lots of new things. I can't do all the poses but working towards it is exciting and fun. Thank you Fiji!
I decided to do this challenge because I needed something to look forward to. I was so ready for 2020 and Trump to be over. I am proud to say that this challenge, in particular, gave me something to look forward to during a time of great turmoil in the US. It helped and guided me to inner peace not connected to the world around me. Thank you so much Fiji. I always say you are my favorite yoga teacher! You never disappoint!
Thank you Figi for connecting me back to DYWM, and I really enjoyed this 14 day challenge. I will be back! Namaste!
This is the third time I have done this particular challenge and I have learned new things each time whether it is holding my body in a new way to achieve a pose a little more deeply or breathing more attentively. I am sure I will come back to this challenge again! Thank you.
Thank you for helping my get excited about yoga again. I have done 28 days - 2 challenges and My body and mind thanks me for it. Looking forward to continuing another 14 days xx
This practice has caused me to realize the growth you speak about, 1 mm at a time. I can actually do the arm balances now! Not perfect but beyond before. Thank you Fiji!!
I did all 14 days over about a month. Thank you Fiji! Every session was excellent and I look forward to more sessions with you.
Thank you Fiji!
Thank you! Your instructions and cueing are so clear and continually support new discoveries. I plan on repeating the full 14 days as I'm sure that I'll be able to understand on a deeper level than I did the first time around. See you on the mat!
Thank you! I feel stronger and more vital. I look forward to more classes with Fiji. xo
I did this as a stand alone class. Loved it!!
Since this was the last day of the challenge and I knew there were going to be some challenging poses for me to breathe through, I put music on in the background. I just shuffled a playlist I had made and the song sequence that resulted was amazingly well-timed for this class. I do not own any of these songs and I pay to stream them. Here is the list of songs in order: 1. Opal - Four Tet Remix by Bicep, Four Tet. 2. A New Error by Moderat. 3. Everything Connected by Jon Hopkins. 4. Looped by Kiasmos. 5. Glue by Bicep. 6. Linked by Bonobo. 7. Apollo by Tourist
I hope you enjoy it too!
This was amazing thank you so much! Not only do I feel stronger, calmer, and open, my back pain has subsided incredibly! Thanks Fiji!
Gratitude for the wonderful two weeks of practice, it was worth the challenge. Greetings from Brazil.
This was wonderful! I really enjoy your classes, they're giving me so much. Thank you!

Wow, I loved this challenge. I have to say I usually really dislike doing any type of arm asanas for very long haha but by the end of this challenge there was a notable difference. I could do all the poses in this class including the kickback thing (twice!) which I never thought Id be able to do. I feel stronger (I like to say Im "Fi-jacked" heh), way more balanced and mentally feeling fantastic having done this. Thank you Fiji. You are SUCH an exceptional teacher. You have inspired me to visit yoga daily. <3
This was - for me - clearly the best lesson in this 14 days challenge. Such a sweet release for my hips!
Thank you again Fiji, This was the second time doing this challenge. And since the lockdown is not over yet (Spain) I keep coming back to your classes. Since March 13 you're part of my morning ritual:-)
Thank you Fiji. Grateful for your skill, support and willingness to offer your gift to all. Great progress and will continue. You have made a great difference for many during this shut down time when my yoga studio was forced to close permanently.
Blessings.
Thank you so much Fiji. This 2 week challenge enabled me to do wheel today for the first time in my life, at 48 years old.
Hear hear, fantastic instruction! I am so grateful for this 14 day journey...
Thanks so much Fiji, I really enjoyed this- you’re a great teacher!

Thank you Fiji!
This was wonderful! especially during the current phase of lockdown, I enjoyed to take time with myself and to observe my personal evolvement during practice. Definitely had some breakthroughs in poses I‚ve been working on for a long time as well.
Thank you so much for this series, I will definitely come back and do it again!
Love doyogawithme!!!
It was the best discovery that keeps me practicing for years.. Otherwise yoga would be about adjusting my time, finding a teacher in every different place that I live and loosing motivation as time goes by (with kids, things to do, work ..)
But you are with me everywhere I go, every time I want and I can..I can´t thank you enough for this ...But still thanks Fiji for all your lovely professional and really teaching classes. Learned at from you.

Thank you for this challenge. I felt both rested and challenged during these last 14 days. Teaching is truly your gift.
Currently in lockdown and this 14 days challenge has been incredibly useful. Thank you Fiji!
Hello Fiji,
It is awesome to connect with you again, I did foundation flow the first time probably six years ago - and I was a regular! Because of these times - back to screen yoga; but there is good, because I have now explored - there is more than foundation flow! I completed the 14 day challenge and now elevate, what would you suggest next? Of course, I thank you for your knowledge, guidance and of course inspiration!
So happy you are back and finding how much more there is to explore on the site! I would suggest doing one of the 30 day challenges next! They are great and have a variety of teachers with similar teaching styles! The intermediate or advanced one is one I think you would enjoy!
I love you and the gift of re discovering yoga during this time at home. Thanks for making this series accessible to and for the generosity of your teaching. Nemaste
Thank you Fiji. I have been taking your challenge every morning for the last 14 days while I am in quarantine. It has deepened my practice and given me all sorts of new ideas. I am now going to set a new challenge with each new day.
thank you for such a wonderful challenge! I have not done yoga regularly since having my first child 5 years ago, and I think that although this took me a little longer than 14 days, it has been an excellent way to re-integrate physical exercise and the powerful calm of yoga back into my life.
Yes! I did it. Minor wrist issues in the first week, but it resolved itself. At the end of this I find myself stronger, more flexible and more easily maintaining the post-yoga peace throughout my day. I got through some especially 'sticky' mental roadblocks during this challenge- in terms of what I thought was possible for my body (flexibility in hips and strength in stabilizing muscles). Thank you!
So grateful for DYWM. This is my second (or third?) time doing this challenge and I have done a number of,others. I really appreciate not needing to choose what I will do each day. It is just there. It is a gift to be taught / led... Now my mom is doing the new challenge with Melissa! It was a fun treat to be able to offer during these strange times. Thanks to everyone who makes it possible. And Fiji, you are pretty much a member of our family!
Thank you so much Fiji. Your words really resonated with me today. I have been practising with you almost daily for 3 years now and it has had a huge impact on my life, so thank you. I feel I have really connected to you even though we have never met! I would love to come to one of your courses one day in real life :) Keep sharing your talent and joy and smiles with us. Namaste.
Loved this class. Little bit of everything to keep us in the moment and focused. Thank you Fiji.
thank you for this awesome 14 day challenge! loved it!
Hahah! This was great. Thank you so much.
I am laughing because as I lay in my 14th day savasana my 9 month old daughter was ever so gently trying to pull open my eyelids.
I have been doing yoga for about 5 years now and I have always been intimidated by arm stands/balances. I just could never set them up right it seemed. During this challenge something clicked for me and I realized that it was not my lack of arm strength but rather the length of my torso and the way I set up my arm stands. I have a very long torso(I cannot wear one piece anything). I found that I have the core strength to lift my legs and bottom but my arms are not long enough to have the room to lift. If I elevate up onto the base of my fingers at the top on my palm, though, I am able to lift. Is this normal/okay? I'm starting to realize that the awkward mess I have always had in some poses is due to my long torso and I have been making small changes that have really helped!
Anyways, thank you again. I love all of your classes.
Haha! I have kids crawling on me most days during my practice, the older the get the more poses they can climb on to! It sounds like you are discovering that all of us have different bodies and dimensions. This does mean that we will find some types of poses easier and others more difficult simply due to our skeletal structure! I often say in my classes, "if you have short arms like me, you are going to end up with very strong fingers!". Yes modifying in creative ways is what keeps your practice alive, custom to you, and always evolving.
Thank you for sharing these amazing 14 days with me. Till next we meet ;-)
So happy you found them, and will enjoy many more!
What a great two weeks of yoga practice it has been! The practice brought peace and calm specially during this corona virus epidemic. May we all overcome this virus and other world problems with love, peace and grace. Thank you so much Fiji, and may all of you be well.
So happy you did it! 14 days of yoga is such a great reset at anytime, especially now!
I am amazed! I did it!! I didn`t expect it at all at hop! I did the crow pose! :) Fiji guides so wisely that it just made by itself! Amazing! :) Thank you !!! :)
