This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 12 in Fiji's 14-day yoga challenge, Elevate. This class is all about finding space in your hips. Starting off with a vinyasa flow to warm you up, Fiji transitions into some nice deep hip openers. Note: a block is optional for this class.

Such a great class for helping me open my hips ! I went on a very long hike yesterday, and this was the cure to my achiness today. Thank you Figi!

This is one of my all time favorite classes with Fiji so far. Really great, unique cues help you get into even juicier-than-normal hip openers.

Great yoga challenge! It's bringing me so many peace during this Covdi-19 quarantine. After some yoga session (like this one, for example) I feel a pain in my lower back during shavasana and I can't relax. What can I do?
Thanks!

Hi there, One thing you can do is keep your knees bent during savasana or support your back by putting a bolster (or pillow) under your knees. It will help to take the tension off. Long term, there are exercises you can do to correct this issue.
Heres a link that explains it a bit: https://nikivetten.wordpress.com/2012/03/19/lower-back-pain-in-savasana/
Hope this helps. :)
