Beautiful class. I am really enjoying the mudras and mantras - they add a wonderful depth to this series.
my back feels so much better after this class! thank you.
Thank you so much beautiful soul
I loved this- a great pace and I felt relaxed and at peace with myself by the end. Yes, there are some inversions- which I can’t do, but Christa provides modifications for those of us that need to build strength. Thank you.
Exceptional!
What a beautiful class!
Thank you for the mantra at the end. I love it.
Thanks a lot for this amazing class...doing these Elements classes with u feels like a Journey of inner transformation. I am so grateful to do Yoga with u Crista, such a precious gift what u have to offer.
So appreciated the mantra at the end, thank you for sharing your inner spirit with us.
Crista, this class was like a sunshine. Thanks you so much
What a pretty and emotional practice. A make you feel good practice. Beginners and Intermediates will have no problem doing some of this practice. Advanced yogis will love the headstand and forearm stand.
My favourite of the series so far! I miss Crista's in - person classes and her beautiful voice! So glad to have this option to practice with her at home.
Loved the mantra at the end :)
Nice pace and flow. I could not do forearm stand and will not be working on it although I do like the opportunity to see it done. Thank you.
Really loved the current of this flow. I couldn't do the elbow headstand or forearm stand but that didn't matter at all, they are a tiny part of the class and give the opportunity of strength building on tiptoes! So I encourage anyone who feels a little overwhelm at the mention of them not to be put off :)
I really loved the flowing movements in the practice and surprised myself by being able to do the elbow handstand. Mostly I love Crista's joyful spirit. The ending mantra with her lovely voice felt so sweet and satisfying. Thank you
Agree!!
I agree as well. I love her joyful spirit and when she does mantras too. I wish she did more mantras. Her classes always leave me on a great natural high. : )
I didn't do the full elbow headstand or forearm handstand so I mostly found this to be a gently paced, laid back class.
I liked this one okay, but I didn't love it as much as I have the others in this series so far. Maybe I'm just not an air person.
Eventhough I couldn't do all poses I enjoy trying them. Very grateful with DYWM for this unique way of beggining my year, with all the released Challenges. Special thanks to Chista who's wonderful teachings, joyful way and voice can be shared even in the distance. I really felt her in front of me. THANKS, THANKS, THANKS
