What a cool way to trick yourself into trying a headstand! Thank you. What a beautiful class.

I’m not sure how safe it is to teach headstands this quickly. I have a stable headstand practice and did manage to get myself into this pose by stopping the video and doing it at my own pace but my neck felt under pressure and I wasn’t sure I was doing it right. I did not feel safe.

This is my third time through this challenge, enjoy each class so much! The first time I found the poses with one arm in forearm plank awkward and found the half crow headstand awkward and scary, even though I do frequent inversions including Scorpion. Today, the third time, I lost my fear and loved the freedom of this new pose. Thanks for, as always, the unique challenges you offer.
