The Elements #1
In this class, Crista introduces you to the elements -- earth, water, fire, air and ether -- and helps you explores how to incorporate them into your yoga practice through an innovative flow. This class can be done as a stand alone or as part of Crista's 14-Day Challenge, the Elements, in which you learn how to integrate the elements into your practice through asana, breathwork, mantra, and hand mudras. This class is also Day 20 in the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Wonderful challenge, this is my third time. I'd like to ask you about the injury in your wrist as I have maybe the same because I feel the need to use my fists in plank pose and others.
