The Elements #1
In this class, Crista introduces you to the elements -- earth, water, fire, air and ether -- and helps you explores how to incorporate them into your yoga practice through an innovative flow. This class can be done as a stand alone or as part of Crista's 14-Day Challenge, the Elements, in which you learn how to integrate the elements into your practice through asana, breathwork, mantra, and hand mudras. This class is also Day 20 in the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

A calming and very restorative class, without being too dragged out. Just feel refreshed and renewed after this. Love the lion's breath (makes me laugh) and the way Crista transitions so simply into pigeon pose. The flowing movements added with pigeon make it so much easier for stiff joints. Thank you. I'll be adding your challenge to my to do list.
