In this class, Crista guides you in bringing all five elements -- earth, water, fire, ether, and air -- into alignment, helping you really get a feel for what they mean and how they can be expressed through yoga. Incorporating titibasana, firefly pose, handstand hops and crow pose, this fun class can be done as a stand-alone or as part of Crista's 14-day challenge, The Elements.

Crista, this is one of those practices I return to when I need to feel grounded in my body and mind, in all the ways I can feel that through these elements. I always appreciate your creativity, your kind, sweet spirit and the light-hearted energy of your classes. Thank you for all that you do for this yoga community. I feel grateful for the gifts you bring into my life through movement and words.
A thorough and fun practice.
Such gratitude for the culmination of the signs. I was intimidated by the length of class, especially before my workday, but this was well worth it. I loved the encouragement to do what felt right and the extended shavasana was grounding. Thank you for bringing the elements into our conciousness.
Absolutley aamazing class...i felt touched and fulfilled after the class....such a great way to do yoga...Thanks for sharing ur deep Knowledge with u! Full of joy! Very precious :-)
My husband and I have been doing this challenge together and this was a very challenging class- a great one for the penultimate of the challenge! He is impressed with how much we have learned (mudras) and how much improvement we have gained! And I love all the "make a silly face, an angry face, roar like a lion" it all helps to further or strengthen the poses! Thank you!!
great class
This was a great slow but challenging flow!
This is the third time I do this practice and each time I found a new surprise, it's like a box full of presents. With the ether element I bursted into tears...so relaxing. Thanks Christa and DYWM
