I am currently doing your element series. The classes are tough but refreshing and give me hope that one day i will master the crow. I have one wish, if there is any chance next series or classes you could slow down in the transitions and description of poses. I find myself pausing and rewinding and starting again or just skipping the pose.
Christa! I was sort-of dreading yoga today, as it is incredibly warm and humid... But somehow this was Exactly the right class! Wonderful fresh sequencing, fun, and fluid... I am breathing easier and much more aware of the delicious smell of summertime and the birdsong around me. Thank you!!
