I wasn't sure what I was in for, but this was the right length of class I was looking for. Turns out the Drishti was great for helping me focus and relax while still building some heat. I really enjoyed the class. I agree with some other comments that it is on the easier side of intermediate, but in total it was a great class.

Thank you so much - this is just what the doctor ordered to recover strength and focus after illness. All those folds are amazing for runners' hamstrings! Also extra thanks to the yogini in the purple tights - it's inspiring to see someone with such strength and grace who isn't stick-thin.

At first I was struggling and I didn't know if focusing my gaze was going to be either beneficial or challenging...so I was doing it a little bit reluctantly but I'm surprised how calm I feel afterwards.
It was really powerful and it has made me re-think how I have been doing my poses before. I had never lasted that long in crow pose.

I absolutely love Shivani's style. Her classes have such a nice flow and you get to truly experience each pose.
The experience of incorporating a deeper breathing and inner focus to the practice is new to me and I absolutely love it.
I highly recommend this class. Please, Shivani add more classes!!!

My body feels so good a happy! Thank you for this amazing class Shivani. You are a great teacher. Your instruction is wonderful and I really like all the options you give in various poses. The eye focusing was very helpful. I am so grateful for "Do Yoga With Me" providing such great FREE online yoga with great instructors.
