The title is no exaggeration. Crista has a reputation for creative - sometime crazy - transitions in her fun and challenging vinyasa flow classes, and this is one of her best. She also is very good at clarity, which is crucial in a class like this one. Get ready to flow, twist, bind, backbend, side bend, stretch deeply, do inversions, work your body, smile and then rest.

Oops...just too tough at this time. Moving on to the next day in the challenge. I’ll come back to this later.

I much appreciate Crista's positivity, humor and encouragement to always meet your body and respect your body for where it is at. I also like when postures are repeated 3 times through a flow so you can strengthen and try to improve. While challenging, very restorative by the end. She sang a mantra at the end that I have never heard done so beautifully. Longer class but it flew by after the most challenging first 30 minutes.
