Nice slow deep practice, many of Fiji’s classic transitions, but slower, deeper, and very satisfying! Worth the time if you have it! 🌈

Thank you Figi for another excellent class. I feel restored, enlightened and ready for the rest of my day. I enjoy class when i am able on my lunch hour in my office. As a family physician I am exhausted (COVID) and seems never- ending. I pray to my Lord Jesus Christ, yet Yoga is still helpful for me. I appreciate a " non-denominational " approach. I practice personally and have been a member several years and rec my patients to your site to reduce stress and of course help fitness.
