Wow, what a class. Where have you been all of my time in DYWM! this is what I love about the 30 day challenge. It's revealing classes I never realised existed. My shoulders and neck have never felt so good. I've baby twins, a desk job and cycle to work daily so my shoulders and neck are often so tense and this cascades through my body. This class has unlocked all that stress and tension making me ready for anything life throws at me. Thank you David for such a superb class.

It's the end of a very long a stressful day and yet I still feel great from this yoga practice I did this morning. I have felt loose in my shoulders all day. Thank you. I'm loving the 30 day challenge.
