If you're having issues with the player:

This gentle, slow, hatha yoga class guides you into a series of poses that thoroughly stretch the muscles around the shoulders and neck. It moves gradually toward deeper stretches, allowing the body to warm up and prepare for a deeper release of the tighter muscles in your body. Your neck and shoulders will feel wonderful after you're done.

Great stretches that

Great stretches that certainly make me feel looser in the shoulders and neck. I will save this class as it really addresses a problem area. Thanks David.

Loosey Goosey

Holy Moses, I didn't realize how much I needed this shoulder, arm and neck work. I feel super-fluid now in my upper extremities. A new favorite. This is a neat benefit to the 30-day challenge because I may have never chosen this video if not following the plan.

I sit at my computer ALL DAY and have been getting awful neck tension over the last couple months. This session felt great.

More of a workout than I expected

Who would think that these simple-looking stretches would create so much heat and be so challenging. As someone who spends a lot of time on the computer for work, I appreciate this class - from the small but powerful instruction to spread out the fingers as far as they can go to the larger body movements. Thank you!

Thank you for this great

Love the comments and happy that so many are enjoying this class. I do this sequence often myself, to release the build up of tension in my upper body.

No pain

I've had shoulder pain due to tendinitis of the biceps tendon for a year now and was very reluctant to try this session. I must say the moves were very difficult and my posture wasn't that great but there was no pain! I will be keeping this one for my library and eventually I'll get my arms up over my head and beside my ears. Thank you.
