If you're having issues with the player:

This gentle, slow, hatha yoga class guides you into a series of poses that thoroughly stretch the muscles around the shoulders and neck. It moves gradually toward deeper stretches, allowing the body to warm up and prepare for a deeper release of the tighter muscles in your body. Your neck and shoulders will feel wonderful after you're done.

I have hip and leg pain with tightening in my forearms. My Aston Patterning practitioner suggested stretching my neck and shoulders. This class is amazing how it released the knots in my arms and the pain in my leg. Thank you for the magic.

Awesome neck and shoulder release.

Neck pain

I can’t thank David enough for this class! I have herniated discs at C4 and C5. The left side of my neck tenses up to protect them. The pain from the tension at times becomes unbearable to the point of giving me a migraine headache and making me nauseous. This class is the only thing that I have found that truly helps. Don’t get me wrong, I spend the first half of the class panting as my pain is about an 8. But l know if I can just make it through the first half, the pain will drop down to about a 2. I strongly recommend this class for anyone with neck issues. It has literally changed my life! Thank you, David.

Thank you

Feeling the warmth in my neck shoulders and back! Did struggle with a couple of things as I am a 64 year old beginner, but very enjoyable. Clear instruction and well thought out.

The high backbends in the

The high backbends in the first 5-7 minutes gave me a painful knot between the shoulder blades which was kind of the opposite of what I was seeking in a neck and shoulder release. Neck still hurts and now I need to work on my upper back too.
