David, thank you. I've been working at home for the past two weeks during lock-down so I haven't had my usual office chair and my back is paying the price. This is just what I needed to loosen up those tight areas and give my back a treat.
I have been experiencing lower back pain as well as a tight hamstring. This class has been so healing for me. I have been coming back to it for over a week now. It is such a gentle cathartic experience. I started off with such intense pain where on a scale of 1 to 10 the pain was 11. Now my pain is down to 3. I love how calm David guides you through the flow and I feel as though I am in class right next to him. I also understand his instruction fully without having to see him. Graciously and sincerely I thank you for providing healing to me!
