This was the first video I've tried on this site and it was AMAZING! I recently started back exercising and have been having some lower back pain although, it is quite normal for me to suffer from pain in that area. This video helped tremendously with just one try! The entire time I kept saying "man, this feels good" and "I haven't had a stretch this good in a looong time"! Thanks, David! This was AWESOME!

Thanks David for this new experience. I restarted recently praciticing yoga consistently and your video's are a great help. I really felt guided! Good timing, clear speech...much appreciated.

Thank you so much for taking the time to create this excellent practice. I've been suffering with back, hip, and leg pain for years now. This series offered some relief, and I will repeat it regularly. Your instruction is excellent, and the wandering geese made me smile. Beautiful!

...and it made me want more, more and more. David is truly a great instructor, very easy to follow, and I appreciate the pace.

I'm very stiff, especially in my lower back, hips and hamstrings, so this class will definitely be one of my weekly ones. I loved that the Savasana part was so long, I managed to relax completely and was really in deep a meditative state there for a bit. My gosh, how good it felt!

Afterwards I felt so in peace, yet awake and focused. This site is really all I can ask for. Thank you x1000!

After a weekend of rock climbing I was looking for a deep stretch for my hamstrings and hips and I definitely found it with this video. I will be doing this one again!! Thank you for a wonderful practice.
