This class is slow, gentle and offers a deep opening for the muscles around the hips, lower back and legs. Its pace alone allows you to sink into a beautiful state of calm. Add the beautiful sounds of Craig Paterson, master musician, and you will be lulled into a deep, lovely, relaxed state. This video is what I need to regain some flexibility after straining my lower back about a year and a half ago. Since then I have felt a tightening in areas that were previously quite flexible. My strength training suffered as well, which just exacerbated the tightening.

This might very well be the thing I need to bring it back. I'll be practising this routine a lot in the coming weeks. Thank you!

Been having lower muscular back pain and tight adductors. Just completed this practice and it was very gentle, guided well and I can feel the tension releasing. The pain is less and I know with continued practice I'll feel better. Thank you for posting this video.

I thought when I started this class it was going to be really hard, as my hips were so stiff. Ten minutes in, I had forgotten the time and all the stretches got easier and more satisfying. Thank you!

I have hip and lower back muscle pain and after doing this lesson once I can see that this is what I was looking for to thoroughly stretch my muscle. I'm sure that doing this regularly my muscle pain will get better so will my flexibility.

I've done this workout twice in 2 days and already I can feel I'm more flexable.

Thank you, I can't wait to try out the other videos as well x
