This was just what I needed! I took one too many falls off of horse, landed on the right side, and my hips, especially my right, have been tight, which caused me pain in my lower back. This was great to get this feeling a lot better! Thank you :D

Thank you David for this great workout. While stretching was slightly intense, I need to admit, my legs feel amazing!
But more than that I loved the relaxation part. Suddenly I felt that my whole inner body image had changed - during shavasana I saw my rib cage, visualized upper and low spine, muscles... That was a discovery I never made before, so impressed.

I am not much of a sports fan, but your classes seem to be exactly what I need. I do not like exercises which require physical strength and efforts, I prefer something that helps to relax mentally, to find harmony with your inner world. I think your class is perfect for those who want to fight the stress of everyday life, like me.

I am a gardener and a recreational golfer who plays several times a week and when I'm not I'm in my garden I'm helping someone else with theirs. My calves, hamstrings, glutes and hips have been SO tight for the last week. This was a terrific yoga practice, I feel pain free and loose right now (something difficult for me to achieve) I am going to try and do this practice once a week and a shorter practice in between that focus' on these groups of muscles. Thanks for this. Fantastic!
