After a weekend of rock climbing I was looking for a deep stretch for my hamstrings and hips and I definitely found it with this video. I will be doing this one again!! Thank you for a wonderful practice.

Training for a race post baby and my hips are killing me. This was a phenomenal find and I plan to do it post run every time because my legs felt like butter afterward. Had to share it with all my teammates. What a find!

I have a sports injury that started in my back, shoulders and moved down into my hips and causes me severe knee pain. My body is taking its' sweet time to recover from the trauma of the impact falling off my bike about 6 weeks ago. I called a friend to ask for advise about IMS and other options. She recommended your site, specifically this video. I did it last night and slept without pain and again this morning. I can't believe the relief I feel already!

I can't wait to try a few other video's now.

He was very informative, talked through each stretch so I did not need to take my focus off of my stretch to see what he was doing. I have major lower back issues and stretches like this really help me get my day going with little to no pain. I am actually sitting on the floor after class with my back straight and no pain. Thank you.

This workout did feel great after a run! Wonderful way to wind down your tightening leg muscles. Also worked well for someone like me who has limited upper back mobility due to a surgery. This instructor is really easy to follow and encouraging.

Totally hit the spot to increase your flexibility after a run. I have tight low back and mildly tight hips so this was perfect!! Nice cool down after my run
