Been having lower muscular back pain and tight adductors. Just completed this practice and it was very gentle, guided well and I can feel the tension releasing. The pain is less and I know with continued practice I'll feel better. Thank you for posting this video.

I thought when I started this class it was going to be really hard, as my hips were so stiff. Ten minutes in, I had forgotten the time and all the stretches got easier and more satisfying. Thank you!

I have hip and lower back muscle pain and after doing this lesson once I can see that this is what I was looking for to thoroughly stretch my muscle. I'm sure that doing this regularly my muscle pain will get better so will my flexibility.

After years of cycling my left hip and thigh had become soooo tight. I've been doing yoga for about a year and have tried all kinds of stretches with limited improvement.
