Deep Hip Opening
Important: A number of times, Tianne demonstrates how to do a pose, then sits up to continue the class. You are meant to remain in each pose until she shows you how to move to the next one.
A gentle class focusing on opening the hips, increasing flexibility and mobility of the hip joints. We begin slowly, gently flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. Modifications are encouraged to ensure practice is accessible and safe for everyone. All levels welcome.

Every time I do this practice I realize it is (for me) the most impactful of the all videos yet. Tianne is an ocean of patience and skill here, and the effects of this class on hips, body and life are long lasting . So grateful.
Thorough deep stretches and shapes, with the meditative awareness, breathing and calm that benefit me bc I need the partial yin addition to really let go deeper. Tianne is a gift from the gods.
What a magically wonderful practice that was.
For me this has been the most effective class for gaining flexibility and movement in my hips. The combination of good breath reminders, effective long supported poses and movement of both hips and arms in unusual ways make this a really well thought out and enjoyable class. Good idea to speed view through it first before doing it which is true for all classes, but especially for this one because of some different arm and other movements, etc. Hope Tianne does some more classes for DYWM.
