Dancer's Pose: Playful Dancer's Flow
This is the forth class in a 4-part series in which Fiji gradually gives you the tools that you need to move into dancer's pose (natarajasana). This is a shorter class that helps you effortlessly get your leg back, establish the range of motion needed in your shoulders and move into a backbend, all while balancing on one foot. The journey that brought you through Dancer's Pose: Balances and Binds, Dancer's Pose: Supple Spine and Shoulders, and Dancer's Pose: Workshop, ends in this delightful flow with Fiji as your capable guide.

I found this was quite challenging for me to do "cold" first thing in the morning with no other warm-up yoga poses leading up to it. It was fun and challenging. I would just do another short warm-up class first before attempting it next time.
Great set - but I cannot understand how this can be labelled beginner. Dancers pose, warrior 3, wild thing etc - if you can do these you are not a beginner and also the pace - as with most of Fijis videos it is quite fast. I think this should be labelled intermediate.
I like to round off a cardio workout with this class. Thanks.
