Description: A 60-minute flow based practice tapping into our body’s inner wisdom. Mudra, breathwork and asana will be explored as we slide away from overstimulation and return to the self-guidance led from our heart center. All levels welcome!

On a grey rainy windy day in Oakville Ontario you were the sunshine ☀️
I love that you offered some variety and the shaking off the technology made me laugh !
It was a good work out well balanced and now I feel renewed

I thought I was the only person that quotes 'Holy Hannah' ..... :) So happy you found such pleasure in this practice, I know Oakville Ontario as I used to work in the mall there many years ago. This practice came from Mt. Tolmie so I'm happy to keep sharing the Peace, Wait, Hope, Pray and always Namaste with you ( and all of you ) !

Tracey! Your classes just keep getting better and better!!! I found this class very grounding and inspiring and beautiful! Some of the poses were a bit challenging but that is the beauty of yoga. Thank you for this new wonderful class. I look forward to buying it so that I can do it often!

A FULL practice and some "challenging" parts however Tracey, as usual, gives levels to the full expression of the pose to work with.
You will feel great at the end.

I really enjoyed this class with Tracy's long creative flows - the hour flew by and gave me exactly what my body and mind needed - thank you!
I have to say that given the current situation, I couldn't bring myself to touch my face at the beginning or end of class.

The hour does fly by, and I am happy that the body and mind found some rhythm and ease. Be patient with yourself and you will find the right time to touch your face ~ it is a journey (especially now) and the whispers of wisdom from deep within will guide us.
