Join Jonni-Lyn for this thoughtful exploration of noticing the patterns of your mind and actions through vinyasa. It is a well rounded practice that starts with breathing exercises, a chant to your teachers or guru’s and then flows through standing poses and balancing poses for stability. There is a chance to practice crow pose and a few hip openers followed by a few different backbends to deepen your practice. A solid Savasana ends the practice to take you through the rest of your day.

I really like Jonni-Lynn's classes. I especially like the repetition of core (not abdomen :)) poses and phrases. It makes it so easy to be present and respond. I appreciate the commentary on other classes but it is good to have this strong focus and predictable format.
