First class I've tried on here and it was really lovely. Not pressuring in anyway and it felt like Melissa was talking directly to me (leg shakes are normal, balance is different on each side - have a sense of humour about it, etc.).

Nice, gentle flow...I wasn't feeling 100% when I did this video so I found it the perfect amount of movement and slow enough that I didn't fall over from all my sinus issues

I used to take Melissa's classes when I lived in Victoria. Loved this one - I didn't find it too challenging, but it was a nice workout and a great way to relax while traveling for work. Thanks, Melissa!

This video is a great alternative to when i don't feel like/have energy/time to do Fiji's classes. A challenging yet gentle video. Did have to stop once (dog), but continued right to the end. Will be going back to this one

How often can you say it was relaxing to workout your core? Thanks Melissa for making that happen. I will keep coming to this video over and over :) You’re voice is so calm and tranquil maybe you just make it soothing to work so hard!!! Thanks again!!
