Your yoga videos are my favourite companions when doing yoga at home! Your voice is so calming and you explain everything at a pace that is perfect for me. You remind me of a yoga teacher I had in another city who was like a sun (in the best of ways). Thank you!

Thank you for a lovely class. I have been getting a little too comfortable with a few classes I do regularly because they are easy for me now. I turned to this one to break out of my comfort zone and it was terrific - challenging while gentle, which is what I need. Thank you!

Wonderful class! I loved the detailed instructions and the range of poses (not just sun salutations-yay!). I have been practicing for 15 years and always had pretty good balance, but this class taught me to use the core for better balance. I can't believe how much having a focus on the core helps for every pose! I liked how at the start of the class she brought attention to any tension and our emotions/mood.

My favorite part of Melissa's instruction is how she always directed one to move out of a pose when one is ready. I never heard that before. It certainly makes a positive difference in the flow and also brings greater awareness to the body.

I just joined Do Yoga With Me, and this is my favorite class so far! You target the whole body, and I don't focus on when the class will be over. I am in my "flow."

I just completed this class and it was my first time ever attempting yoga. I learned a lot about the basics of breathing, some basic poses, stretches, and methods of strengthening and balancing my body. I will definitely do this one again! Thanks!
