This was a great class, probably too much my level but worth trying!
Basha taught a wonderful class. She is highly supportive and uses excellent cues with nicely integrated Sanskrit. I felt well prepared to enter chin stand. The pranayama at the end was seamlessly woven into the class for a gentle cooldown. First Class.
