Chair Sun Salutations
Michelle adapts the ever-popular Sun Salutation for the chair. It's a great routine for freeing up the shoulders, back and hamstrings. This chair yoga sequence is a perfect class for seniors or those with mobility issues and a very gentle introduction to yoga.

That felt soooo good!
I am new to Yoga, so I can't really say what I am doing here is all I want to do. I do know that after doing only three short videos this evening, I feel so much better.
I am working to lose some weight but mostly I am working to become stronger again, and more flexible, this may be the answer to my needs.
I am so glad to have found this site and will be here daily to learn more about Yoga and breathing and stretching.

If you do not get a good night's sleep, it is a good way to warm up to start the day and not feel guilty for not taking care of yourself.
This is a great 5 mins. class to do at your desk when your neck gets tight!! You can do it anywhere.
