I am new to Yoga, so I can't really say what I am doing here is all I want to do. I do know that after doing only three short videos this evening, I feel so much better.
I am working to lose some weight but mostly I am working to become stronger again, and more flexible, this may be the answer to my needs.
I am so glad to have found this site and will be here daily to learn more about Yoga and breathing and stretching.

I'm just starting this beginners class and I REALLY need this in the worst way. I've had a sedentary lifestyle ever since I retired (2 years ago). I am approaching this knowing it will help me mentally and physically.

This is a great 5 mins. class to do at your desk when your neck gets tight!! You can do it anywhere.
