Centered Self

The practice of intentional and mindful movement can point our attention and awareness to our true center. This practice will invite you to move from center out, then back in as you strengthen your body and ability to center yourself, in yourself.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of Thrive in 2025 Yoga Challenge. You can find Day 2 here.
