This class is a quite an experience. It begins with the Ujayi Breath, then flows through a rigorous sun salutation, warming the body and focusing the mind. It then takes you to the floor, where you move through a series of deep stretches. Best of all, it finishes with a 20-minute Total Body Relaxation!

I agree with another earlier comment - I liked the introduction of a more intermediate class at this point in the beginner to intermediate transition. I struggled, though, with the lack of instruction about how to best benefit from the more complicated binds if my hands did not yet meet.

Also, This video gets an extra star because how awesome is the peacock in the background?

Peacock - Like you, I've struggled with some of the binds when asked to clasp hands or wrists. Either my arms aren't long enough or my flexibility is not yet there (most likely both). I've been using a short woven belt to help me do these attachments while being able to take advantage of the shoulder stretching that appears to be the goal of the bind.

This continues to be my go-to yoga class. It still challenges me and I can see improvements over the 12 months I've been practicing with this class. I really like David's instructions.

Hi RustyRuss - Not every video on the site is available for download unfortunately. If no download buttons appear, it means there is no download option available for the video at this time. Sorry.

I've been doing this video two or three times a week for the past 3 months. Every time I watch it, I learn something new. I've seen great improvement in my flexibility and stamina by following this class.
