These classes have been amazing and super beneficial. Thank you so much. I'm wondering if could give some clarification about the intention to "settle" the Qi in the lower energy center - while at other times it seems as if the intention is for the Qi to flow continuously through the other energy centers and throughout the body as a whole.
These videos and Gabriel’s Tai Chi videos are (for me) incredibly calming and centering.
