This is a fun, challenging and fulfilling class if you like to get into the deeper stretches early on. David takes you through a quick Sun Salutation then moves right into a series of binds and deep stretches for the shoulders, legs and hips. You'll enjoy this one!

Shoulders and hips get a workout with this practice. Tough however agree with other comments that with modifications this is a wonderful to help tight shoulders and hips.
I really enjoyed this, short and as usual, great instructions and some nice stretches.
I do miss starting off from a centred place though even if for a few seconds. A lot of the videos on the site head straight into the practice.
