This is a fun, challenging and fulfilling class if you like to get into the deeper stretches early on. David takes you through a quick Sun Salutation then moves right into a series of binds and deep stretches for the shoulders, legs and hips. You'll enjoy this one!

not my rav but doable with props for people like me who are short
I enjoyed this sequence. A couple of times I had to rewind to understand what was required. I found it accessible without modifications and think the level was about right possibly intermediate 2. I've tried a few advanced videos and realise I'm not quite ready for those yet but this one was fine.
I love David's calm voice - truly soothing. And I love the stretches, but the binds are not good for short people with short arms. So I modified them and they still worked! While not my favorite of his programs, still lovely for starting the day feeling "stretched".
